Statement of Faith

Birthline is incorporated as a Christian organization whose purpose is to do the will of God the Father (Matthew 7). This is accomplished through its mission to protect the lives of unborn babies and support their parents while presenting God’s plan for human sexuality. As a Christian organization, we are obliged to support the teachings of the Word of God.

We welcome the opportunity to work with and to witness to clients and volunteers who are not Christian.

Directors, employees, advocates and counselors must be practicing Christians who promise to live their lives in accordance with these teachings: promoting life from conception until natural death and living human sexuality as the union between one man and one woman married to each other, meant by God to be unbreakable until death.

We believe God’s promise of forgiveness and restoration to all who are truly sorry for their past wrongs against God’s plan.

We believe that we are all called to “go and sin no more.”

Since Birthline’s mission involves issues of sexuality, special attention to Birthline representatives’ presentation of healthy sexual relationships is appropriate. Birthline representatives will lovingly present God’s plan for human sexuality to clients, a plan revealed to us by Jesus, the Word of God, and taught by the Christian Church since its beginning with Jesus and his apostles.
